Return Policy


At BohoWave, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Here's what you need to know about our return process:


- **Return Conditions**: Returned merchandise must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Items that appear worn, have stains, or carry odors such as cigarette smoke, deodorant, or pet hairs will not be accepted for return. Items worn even once are not eligible for return.


- **Return Process**: Merchandise can be returned for a credit refund to the original payment method within 14 days from the date your order is purchased onsite or delivered.  Please note, we issue credit for the item's cost only; shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


- **Discount Codes**: Credits will not include any discount codes used at the time of purchase, including reward discount codes such as $5 off or 20% off.


- **Return Shipping**: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides a tracking number, such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx. BohoWave is not liable for items lost in transit.


- **Processing Time**: Allow us 3-4 business days to receive and process your return. Upon processing, your store credit will be emailed to you.


- **Non-Returnable Items**: Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.


- **Order Changes and Cancellations**: Please note, orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
